Orders are accepted only after Boaz (HK) Company Limited confirms payment.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed on chddfinery.com. Boaz (HK) Company Limited does not store complete payment card numbers.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by destination. Boaz (HK) Company Limited is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Refund Policy - 14 Days No-Reason Returns
You may return any clothing item for any reason within exactly 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. You must contact [email protected] to initiate the return. Boaz (HK) Company Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. After Boaz (HK) Company Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Boaz (HK) Company Limited will process your refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This 14 days period begins when Boaz (HK) Company Limited approves the refund. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Boaz (HK) Company Limited has no control over PayPal's processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide photographs and a written description to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be denied. Boaz (HK) Company Limited will determine the remedy, which may be a replacement or a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
User Conduct
You agree not to use chddfinery.com for any unlawful purpose. You must not transmit any viruses or malicious code. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to chddfinery.com or its related systems. Boaz (HK) Company Limited may terminate your access for violating these rules.
Intellectual Property
